Terms of Service — Marketing Performance Reviews

1.Overview

Marketing Performance Reviews are provided by Caroline Thomas Marketing and are designed to offer practical, commercially focused insight into areas affecting visibility, customer experience, conversion, marketing performance, and business growth.

Reviews are advisory in nature and do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, revenue increases, or marketing results.

2.Scope of Reviews

Each review is delivered according to the scope outlined at the time of purchase.

Quick Win Review includes:

  • Review of one website (up to 4 key pages)
  • One offer review
  • One customer journey review
  • One social profile review
  • Google Business/Profile review where applicable
  • Visibility and conversion observations
  • 3 quick wins
  • 3 priority recommendations
  • Short personalised video walkthrough

Growth Business Review includes:

  • Review of up to 10 key website pages
  • Up to 2 customer journeys/funnels
  • Review of up to 3 active ad campaigns
  • Review of up to 2 social/content channels
  • One email journey review
  • High-level analytics review
  • Strategic video walkthrough and prioritised findings

Additional work, implementation support, consulting, revisions, or deeper analysis outside the agreed review scope may require separate pricing.

3.Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines begin once onboarding has been fully completed.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Quick Win Review: 3–5 working days
  • Growth Business Review: 7–10 working days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on workload, onboarding delays, or requests for additional clarification.

4.Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, relevant links, and onboarding details required to complete the review.

Delays in providing onboarding information or requested clarification may delay delivery timelines.

5.Refund Policy

Due to the strategic and time-based nature of the work, refunds are not available once review work has started.

If a client purchases a review but does not complete onboarding, a refund request may be considered within 7 days of purchase, provided no review work has begun.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • completed reviews
  • partially completed reviews
  • failure to implement recommendations
  • dissatisfaction with findings or recommendations
  • delays caused by missing onboarding information

6.Intellectual Property

All review materials, recommendations, videos, frameworks, and supporting documents remain the intellectual property of Caroline Thomas Marketing until full payment has been received.

Review materials are provided for the purchasing business only and may not be resold, reproduced, distributed, or repackaged without written permission.

7.Limitation of Liability

Marketing Performance Reviews are provided for informational and strategic purposes only.

Caroline Thomas Marketing shall not be held liable for:

  • business losses
  • revenue loss
  • advertising performance
  • platform changes
  • implementation outcomes
  • third-party platform disruptions
  • decisions made based on review recommendations

Clients remain responsible for all business, marketing, advertising, and implementation decisions.

8.Communication

Communication related to reviews is handled via email unless otherwise agreed.

Additional calls, consulting sessions, implementation support, or extended strategic support are not included unless specifically purchased separately.

9.Confidentiality

Business information shared during the review process will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
